多金属耐磨滚筒摩擦因数试验测定

【摘要】 多金属耐磨滚筒是一种新型滚筒,滚筒表面包覆由钛、钼、铌、镍、铬等多种元素组成的多金属复合材料,具有超强的耐磨性能,可大幅降低滚筒表面的维修次数,提高设备的作业率。通过对正常工作两年以上的多金属耐磨滚筒现场测定,在清洁潮湿(有水)工况下滚筒的摩擦因数为0.53,大于各种传统滚筒在各种工况下的摩擦因数。

【Abstract】 The new multi-metal wear-resistant roller is covered by a multi-metal composite composed of various elements including titanium, molybdenum, niobium, nickel, chromium. Its super wear resistance reduces the surface maintenance frequency and improves the efficiency. The on-site measurement of multi-metal wear-resistant roller operating for over two years shows that the friction coefficient is 0.53 under clean and wet(with water) working conditions, higher than those of various traditional ones under various operating conditions.
