【Abstract】 Based on the practice of the reform postgraduate scholarship and stipend system by a Guangdong Province university, this paper introduces the framework and main characteristics of the award system, analyzing the deficiency of the existing system. This paper puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for further reform by perfecting the cost sharing mechanism,making the top design, optimizing the evaluation index and strengthening the responsibility of the tutors.更多还原
