【摘要】 目的 :探讨用1470nm半导体激光前列腺汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法 :将2012年10月至2016年12月期间连云港市第二人民医院泌尿外科收治的88例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象。将这88例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有44例患者。对对照组患者进行经尿道前列腺电切术,对观察组患者进行1470nm半导体激光前列腺汽化术。然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标、最大尿流速率、残余尿量、国际前列腺症状的评分及其发生术后并发症的情况。结果 :观察组患者术中的出血量少于对照组患者,其导尿管留置的时间短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的最大尿流速率和残余尿量均明显改善,其国际前列腺症状评分均显著降低,与其进行治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在进行治疗期间,两组患者均未发生大出血、前列腺穿孔和直肠损伤等严重的并发症。结论 :用1470nm半导体激光前列腺汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果显著,可明显改善其临床症状,减少其术中的出血量,缩短其导尿管留置的时间,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyses effect of 1470 nm semiconductor laser prostatectomy photoselective vaporization for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: Select 88 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in Lianyungang Second People ‘s Hospital Urology during October 2012 to October 2016. The patients were divided into observation group and control group,44 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with 1470 nm semiconductor laser prostatectomy vaporization,the control group was treated with transurethral prostatic resection. Then compare every clinical index, maximum urine flow rate, residual urine volume, international prostatic symptom score and incidence of complications. Results: Compared with the control group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly reduced in the observation group,optimal indwelling time of a urethral catheter was significantly shorter(P<0.05).After treatment maximum urine flow rate and residual urine volume of 2 groups were significantly improved, international prostatic symptom score were decreased(P >0.05). No patients occurred complications in treatment process.Conclusion: The effect of 1470 nm semiconductor laser prostatectomy photoselective vaporization for benign prostatic hyperplasia is significantly good,apply this therapy in treatment have effect of improving sympotoms,decrease intraoperative blood loss, optimal indwelling time of a urethral catheter,and have an high safty.更多还原
