【摘要】 目的 :探讨用脑脊液置换术联合鞘内注药法治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床效果。方法 :对某院收治的80例结核性脑膜炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这80例患者分为常规治疗组和脑脊液置换组,每组各有40例患者。对两组患者均进行全身常规抗结核治疗,在此基础上,对脑脊液置换组患者进行脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药治疗。然后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、各项临床指标及其各项临床表现改善的情况。结果:经过治疗,脑脊液置换组患者的临床疗效明显高于常规治疗组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑脊液置换组患者的各项临床指标及各项临床表现改善的情况均明显优于常规治疗组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :用脑脊液置换术联合鞘内注药法治疗结核性脑膜炎的效果显著,可有效地促进患者各项临床症状的消退,缩短其住院的时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study Evaluation and Analysis of cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal injection tuberculous meningitis. Methods Do retrospective study of clinical material of 80 cases of tuberculous meningitis in a hospital. Divide 80 cases into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group. Base on systemic routine anti-tuberculosis treatment, treat experimental group with cerebrospinal fluid replacement. Then compare clinical effect and improvement of clinical index and clinical manifestation of two groups. Results The curative effect of experimental group is better than control group, discrepancy of study results of two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Clinical index and clinical manifestation of experimental group is better discrepancy of study results of two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Treat tuberculous meningitis with cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal injection is effective, this therapy will promote reducing of clinical symptoms and shorten hospital stays.更多还原
