【摘要】 目的探讨护理风险管理对降低内科老年患者不良事件发生率的应用效果,为制定有效的风险管理方案提供依据。方法采用类实验研究设计,将我院内科病区收治的1692例老年患者,按住院时间先后顺序分为对照组827例,观察组865例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施护理风险管理。观察实施护理风险管理前后两组护理人员的工作质量、风险意识及患者不良事件发生情况、患者满意度。结果实施风险管理后,内科老年患者不良事件发生率为0.92%,明显低于实施前的2.42%(P<0.05);患者满意度为91.21%,明显高于对照组的77.75%(P<0.05);护理人员的责任意识、沟通能力、风险意识评分均较明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对内科老年患者实施风险管理,能够有效降低护理不良事件的发生率,提高护理人员的风险防控意识,有利于降低护理风险[1],提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in reducing the incidence of adverse events in elderly patients with internal medicine,and to provide evidence for effective risk management program.Methods In the Department of Internal Medicine,1,692 elderly patients were divided into the control group( n = 827) and the observation group( n = 865). The control group received routine nursing care,and the experimental group received nursing risk management on the basis of routine nursing care. Before and after the implementation of nursing risk management,the two groups of nursing staff work quality,risk awareness and adverse events,patient satisfaction.
