【摘要】 目的研制儿童保健科门诊就诊儿童家长满意度测评问卷,并分析其信度和效度,为评价儿童保健科门诊就诊儿童家长对就诊的满意度提供工具。方法采用儿童保健科门诊就诊儿童家长满意度测评问卷对283人在儿童保健科门诊就诊儿童的家长进行调查,分析其信度和效度。结果最终形成的儿童保健科门诊就诊儿童家长满意度测评问卷由6个维度、30个条目组成。全问卷和环境设施、服务态度、医疗过程、管理效率、医德医风和服务效果等6个因子的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.82、0.86、0.95、0.90、0.92、0.71;因子分析提取6个公因子,累积解释变异量72.66%,与理论构想基本相符。结论最终形成的儿童保健科门诊就诊儿童家长满意度测评问卷有较好的信度和效度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a questionnaire on the satisfaction of children in the children’s health care department,and analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,so as to provide a tool to assess the satisfaction of hospitalized children’s parents with the child healthcare clinic. Methods Hospitalized children ’s parent satisfaction questionnaire for child healthcare clinic had been applied for survey of 238 parents of such children hospitalized in child healthcare clinic and analysis of the reliability and validity had been performed.Results The finally prepared hospitalized children’s parent satisfaction questionnaire for child healthcare clinic included 6 dimensions and 30 entries. There were totally 6 factors in the questionnaire which are respectively environmental facilities,service attitude,treatment process,management efficiency,medical ethics and service results,and the Cronbach ’ s α coefficients of the 6 factors were 0. 82,0. 86,0. 95,0. 90,0. 92 and 0. 71 respectively; 6 common factors have been extracted during factors analysis and the accumulated explained variance was 72.66%,which basically matched the theoretical conception. Conclusions The final prepared hospitalized children’s parent satisfaction questionnaire for child healthcare clinic has relatively good reliability and validity.更多还原
