【摘要】 目的探讨用嗓音障碍指数(VHI)评估声带小结、声带息肉患者治疗后的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月至2017年7月本院耳鼻咽喉科收治的60例声带小结、声带息肉患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为保守组和手术组各30例。分别于治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗1月后进行VHI自我评估并分析,包括功能(F)、生理(P)、情感(E)和总分(TVH)。结果治疗前,两组患者F、P、E、TVH评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1周后,手术组患者F、P、E、TVH评分显著低于治疗前,且显著低于保守组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1月后,两组患者F、P、E、TVH评分均显著低于治疗前,且手术组患者F、P、E、TVH评分显著低于保守组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VHI量表可以主观反应声带小结、声带息肉患者的嗓音障碍程度,能用于手术后的疗效评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with vocal nodules and vocal polyps through the voice disorder index( VHI).Methods 60 cases of vocal nodules and vocal polyps in the Department of Otolaryngology from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the method of treatment,divided into conservative group and operation group. VHI self-evaluation and analysis were carried out before treatment or operation and one week after treatment or operation and one month after treatment or operation by the self-assessments of VIH,including functional( F),physiological( P),emotional( E) and total( TVH) scores. Results The F,P,E and TVH scores of treatment group decreased in one week after treatment than those before treatment( P>0.05),the F,P,E and TVH scores of treatment group significantly decreased in one month after treatment than those before treatment( P<0.05). The F,P,E and TVH scores of operation group significantly decreased in one week after operation and one month after operation than those before operation( P<0.05). Compared the two groups,the F,P,E and TVH scores of operation group significantly decreased in one month after operation than one month after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusions VIH is a useful instrument to subjectively measure the severity of voice disorder for the patients with vocal nodules or vocal polyps,which can be used for evaluating therapeutic efficacy after operation.更多还原
