【摘要】 目的介绍经皮背侧Herbert-螺钉内固定治疗新鲜不稳定型舟骨骨折的的方法及其疗效。方法通过微创的方式经皮背侧入路置入HCS,治疗10例舟骨骨折,术后采用前臂管型石膏将手固定于腕关节中立位3周后开始康复训练。结果术后所有研究对象均获得6~18个月(平均12个月)的随访,在4~10个月内(平均6个月)骨折获得了良好的骨性愈合。通过Krimmer标准进行评价:8例优,2例良。优良率100%。结论应用经皮背侧HCS治疗新鲜不稳定型舟骨骨折可以使骨折得到坚强的固定,是一种疗效确切的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the surgical method and evaluate the efficacy of dorsal percutaneous headless compression screw internal fixation for the treatment of New scaphoid fractures. Methods 10 cases with acute scaphoid fracture treated by dorsal percutaneous headless compression screw internal fixation were studied retrospectively. After giving thumb spica cast immobilization for 3 weeks,rehabilitation exercises were performed under the guidance of doctors. Results All patients were followed up with 6 ~ 18 months( a mean time of 12 months). All fractures healing time was 4 ~ 10 months( a mean time of 6 months). The modified Krimmer wrist score were improved from preoperative after operation; the results were excellent in 8 cases and good in 2 cases.The excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusions Dorsal percutaneous headless compression screw internal fixation for the treatment of New scaphoid fractures is a safe surgical technique with efficacy.更多还原
