一起由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒调查及病原学研究
An investigation and etiology study of food poisoning caused by Vibrio Parahaemolyticus
【摘要】 目的查明一起细菌性食物中毒的病原体,为食物中毒处置提供依据。方法进行现场流行病学调查及样品采集,并对样品进行细菌分离鉴定,确定致病病原,并使用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对分离株进行分子分型。结果按照病例定义,此次食物中毒确诊病例8人,主要临床症状为恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等,并从4名确诊病例肛拭子中分离到副溶血性弧菌O3:K6,PFGE结果显示4株菌同源性>89%。结论结合流行病学调查和实验室检测结果,判定此次食物中毒事件是由副溶血性弧菌O3:K6引起。
【Abstract】 Objective To find out the pathogen of a bacterial food poisoning,in order to provide the basis for dealing with food poisoning. Methods Field epidemiological investigation was performed and samples were collected. Bacteria were isolated and identified to determine the causative pathogen. Isolates were typing by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis( PFGE). Results According to the case definition, eight patients were confirmed cases of food poisoning. The main clinical symptoms were nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea. Vibrio parahaemolyticus O3: K6 was isolated from six rectal swabs of four confirmed cases. PFGE results showed that they had similarity more than 89%. Conclusions Combined with epidemiological investigation and laboratory results,this food poisoning was caused by V. parahaemolyticus O3: K6.
