交流杂散电流作用下X80涂层钢的腐蚀行为研究

【摘要】 采用电化学阻抗谱技术(EIS)和三维体式显微镜对在不同交流电密度(0A/m~2、50A/m~2、100A/m~2、300A/m~2)下具有涂层缺陷的X80钢在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明:较低交流电密度(0~100A/m~2)作用下涂层试样阻抗值一直减小,腐蚀坑深较浅;当电流密度增加大到300A/m~2时,涂层试样阻抗值先减小再增大,最后减小,腐蚀坑深度和宽度变大,涂层产生较明显剥离。

【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of X80 coating steel under different alternating current(AC) current denstity(0A/m~2、50A/m~2、100A/m~2、300A/m~2) were investigated by using electrochemical impedance spectra and three-dimensional microscopy measurements in 3.5 wt% Na Cl solution. The rusults showed that the impedance of X80 coating sample kept decreasing and the corrosion pit was shallow under low AC density. When the current density added to 300 A/m~2, the impedance of X80 coating sample decreased at the beginning of immersion, then increased in the metaphase of immersion and decreased in the end. The depth and width of corrosion pit was deeper and wider. The coating was detachment from the metal substrate.
