660MW超临界机组轴系振动分析诊断及处理
Shafting Vibration Analysis Diagnosis and Treatment for 660MW Supercritical Unit
【摘要】 针对某电厂660MW超临界汽轮发电机组在甩负荷后出现了严重的振动故障的实例,对机组的轴系振动故障的现象进行了描述及特征分析,确定了引起该机组振动故障的原因。在满足机组的实际运行状态的前提下,以汽轮发电机组各转子振型分解为依托,采用多平面联合配重的轴系振动治理措施,消除了机组的振动故障,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。
【Abstract】 Based on660 MW supercritical steam turbine generator set in a power plant after the load rejection appeared serious vibration fault examples, to the phenomenon of shafting vibration fault of the unit are described and the characteristic analysis,determine the cause of the unit vibration fault. On the premise of meet the actual running condition of the unit,with every rotor of steam turbine generator set based on modal decomposition,multi-planar combined weight of shafting vibration control measures,to eliminate the vibration fault of the unit,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
