小半径曲线段铁路槽型梁力学性能及计算模型研究
Study of Mechanical Performance and Calculation Models for Railway Trough Girder on a Sharp Radius Curve
【摘要】 为研究小半径曲线段槽型梁的受力和变形性能,并探讨该类桥梁简单实用的结构计算方法,以位于半径为300m曲线上的铁路槽型梁桥为对象进行分析。采用ANSYS 13.0建立槽型梁空间模型,计算分析其支座反力、纵向和横向正应力及竖向挠度特性,并对单梁、梁格和实体模型对其结构性能分析的适用性进行对比。结果表明:该小半径曲线区段槽型梁结构强度和刚度均满足规范要求;结构受力和变形呈现明显的空间特性和弯扭耦合效应;梁格模型能反映曲线区段槽型梁的纵向受力和空间变形特征,可作为曲线段槽型梁桥结构设计计算的实用方法。
【Abstract】 To study the mechanical and deformation performance of the railway trough girder on a sharp radius curve and the simple and practical structural calculation method for the bridges with the trough girders of the same situation,a railway trough girder bridge on the curve of radius of 300 m was taken as the object and was analyzed.The spatial calculation models for the trough girder on the sharp radius curve were set up,using the ANSYS 13.0,the reaction forces of the bearings,the longitudinal and transverse normal stresses and the vertical deflection of the girder were calculated and analyzed and the applicability of the single beam,grillage and solid element models to the structural performance analysis of the girder was compared.The results of the study suggest that the structural strength and stiffness of the girder can all satisfy the relevant requirements in the codes.The structural forces and deformation of the girder exhibit the notable spatial characteristics and the coupling effect of bending and torsion.The grillage model as mentioned can reflect the longitudinal forces and spatial deformation characteristics of the girder and can serve as the practical method for the structural design and calculation of the girder.
