【摘要】 目的:探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在胃食管早癌内镜黏膜下剥离术患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例胃食管早癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组围术期应用常规性护理,观察组围术期应用ERAS实施护理,比较两组术后康复及生活质量情况。结果:观察组术后视觉模拟评分低于对照组(P<0.05),肛门排气时间、胃肠导管留置时间、下床活动时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者干预后生理领域、社会关系领域、心理领域、环境领域及总生活质量评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组干预后高于对照组干预后(P<0.05)。结论:ERAS理念能有效缓解胃食管早癌内镜黏膜下剥离术患者术后疼痛感,促进患者术后康复,降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者术后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS) in endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 80 cases of early gastroesophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group used routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group applied ERAS operative nursing during the perioperative period. The effects of postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results: The observation group’s postoperative visual analogue score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),and anal exhaust time,gastrointestinal catheter indwelling time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Satisfaction scores were significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0. 05). After the intervention,the physiological field,psychological field,social relations,environment and quality of life score were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P < 0. 05),and the observation group’s was significantly higther than the control group’s(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The concept of ERAS can effectively relieve postoperative pain in endoscopic submucosal dissection for patients with early gastric cancer,promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve postoperative quality of life.更多还原
