【摘要】 目的:探讨预防性护理对老年病房住院患者医院感染及满意度的影响。方法:采取单盲随机分组法,将200例老年病房住院患者分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施预防性护理,比较两组医院感染发生率、护理满意度、治疗情况、生活质量及心理状态。结果:观察组医院感染发生率、治疗费用、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组护理满意度及生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);经干预后,两组SAS评分及SDS评分均明显低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年病房住院患者实施预防性护理,可有效预防医院感染的发生,有利于缩短治疗时间,减少治疗费用,还能有效改善患者心理状态,提高其生活质量,从而提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of preventive nursing on hospital infection and satisfaction of elderly patients in elderly wards. Methods: A total of 200 cases of elderly patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with each group of100 cases by using a randomized,single-blinded method. The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received preventive nursing care. The incidence of nosocomial infection,nursing satisfaction,treatment,quality of life and psychological status were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group’s incidence of hospital infection and treatment expenses and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the observation group nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). After the intervention,two groups’ SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the observation group’ s was significantly lower than the control group’ s( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: For patients with preventive nursing in the elderly ward,can effectively prevent hospital infection,shorten treatment time,reduce the cost of treatment,also can effectively improve the psychological status of patients,and improve the quality of life,so as to improve the quality of nursing care.更多还原
