【摘要】 目的:探讨综合护理干预对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量、生命质量和护理满意度的影响。方法:选取接受肺癌化疗的60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予基础护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预;比较两组睡眠质量、生命质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),功能量表、症状量表和单一症状量表中相应指标评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肺癌化疗患者进行综合护理干预,可有效改善患的睡眠质量及生活质量,提高护理满意度,有效提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lung cancer patients with sleep quality,life quality and nursing satisfaction. Methods: A total of 60 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The sleep quality,life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results: The scores of sleep quality and time,fall-sleep time,sleep disorder and daytime function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of the function scale and symptom scale and single symptom scale were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy can effectively improve sleep quality and life quality,improve nursing satisfaction,and effectively improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
