【摘要】 目的探析龈下刮治术及根面平整术联合局部用药治疗慢性牙周炎的效果。方法筛选于2015年11月~2016年3月间确诊的78例牙周炎患者参与试验,依据随机分组法,可分参照组30例和试验组48例,前者采用龈下刮治术和根面平整术治疗,后者增加局部用药治疗;对比两组患者的总有效率和牙周指标。结果经整理,试验组的总有效率占比高达95.8%较参照组的73.3%显著提高;且治疗后的试验组的牙齿松动状况以及探诊深度、龈沟出血量、菌斑计数等与参照组相比较优,P<0.05,组间具有可比性。结论对牙周炎患者实施龈下刮治术及根面平整术联合局部用药医治后,不仅取得良好效果,且能快速改善牙周各项指标,便于患者接受,可在临床渗入推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of subgingival scaling and root planing combined with local medication in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods 78 patients with periodontitis were selected from 2015.11-2017.3,according to the randomized grouping method,the former were treated with subgingival scaling and root planing,and the latter increased local medication The total effective rate and periodontal index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective proportion of the test group was up to 95.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(73.3%)After the treatment,the tooth loosening state and the depth of exploration,the amount of bleeding in gingival sulcus,plaque count and the reference group were better than the reference group,P<0.05,the group was comparable.Conclusion The treatment of subgingival scaling and root planing combined with local medication in patients with periodontitis, not only good results,but also can improve the periodontal indicators quickly,easy to accept,can be used in clinical penetration.更多还原
