富钛料加碳氯化制取TiCl4的热力学和动力学研究进展
Research progress in thermodynamics and kinetics of TiCl4 preparation from carbochlorination of rich titanium product
【摘要】 富钛料加碳氯化工艺技术是热力学和动力学理论研究的产物,高钛型高炉渣高温碳化低温氯化技术是氯化冶金的典型代表。通过TiCl4加碳氯化过程Gibbs自由能分析和反应速率与机理探讨,综述了熔盐氯化过程的多种热力学研究和富钛料加碳氯化过程制备TiCl4的动力学模型,指出了加碳氯化反应的热力学趋势大小、反应产物CO2/CO气体的临界温度点以及氯化反应符合未反应核缩减模型的共性,提出了深入研究高温碳化低温氯化过程动力学和热力学的建议。
【Abstract】 The carbochlorination technology of rich titanium product is the product of thermodynamics and kinetic theory study. The high-temperature carbonization and low-temperature chlorination of high-titanium blast furnace slag is a typical representative of chlorination metallurgy. Via the free energy analysis,reaction rate and mechanism discussion of Gibbs by TiCl4 and carbochlorination process,the thermodynamic studies on the carbochlorination process of molten salt and the kinetic model of TiCl4 are studies,and the thermodynamic trend of carbochlorination reaction,the critical temperature point of CO2/CO gas production and the commonality of the chlorination reaction being consistent with reduction model of non-reacted nuclear are presented,and the proposal of researching the kinetics and thermodynamics of low temperature chlorination process in high temperature carbonization is put forward.
