【摘要】 为了研究不同基质对香石竹扦插生根的影响,以香石竹品种火焰、兰贵人和云之碟为供试材料,采用5种不同基质对香石竹插穗进行扦插生根试验。结果表明:3个品种在不同基质中生根率、根长、根数和根幅存在显著差异,基质3和基质2处理均对云之蝶和火焰的生根率、生根数、根幅和根长的效果最好;基质2处理对兰贵人生根率、生根数、根幅和根长的效果最好。40%草炭+40%珍珠岩+20%河砂和60%草炭+20%珍珠岩+20%河砂为云之蝶和火焰扦插苗的优选基质;60%草炭+20%珍珠岩+20%河砂为兰贵人扦插苗的优选基质。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of different substrates on root growth of carnation cutting,three carnation varieties,Flame,Rendes-Vous,Cloud Butterfly were used as materials in this experiment. The effects of five substrates on the root growth of carnation cutting seedlings were investigated. Results showed that the rooting ratio,root length,root number and root width of three carnation varieties in different substrate had significant difference. Cloud Butterfly and Flame had the best rooting ratio,root number,root length and root width in substrate 2 and substrate 3 treatments;Rendes-Vous got the best rooting ratio,root number,root length and root width in substrate 2treatment. In conclusion,the mixed substrate of 40% peat + 40% perlite + 20% river sand and60% peat + 20% perlite + 20% river sand were the best substrate for Cloud and Flame,and60% peat + 20% perlite + 20% river sand were the best culture medium for Rendes-Vous.更多还原
