【摘要】 中国民用航空器铝合金结构件及零部件的净质量占航空器总净质量的75%以上,它们大量采用传统的铝合金制造,先进的Al-Li合金及7055-T77511、7050-T77、7050-T7451等铝合金材料也有应用。简要介绍了铝合金在民机制造中的应用,并刍议了C919飞机所用先进铝材的阶段性供应。尽管铝材在民机用材中占了很大比重,但航空铝材用量还是有限的。中国在航空铝材生产方面面临的主要问题:有些还没有较大批量生产,有些性能还不稳定,价格没有国际竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The net mass of the aluminum alloy structures and components accounts for more than 75% of the total net mass of the aircraft.Most are made of traditional aluminum alloys,but they are also made of Al-Li alloy,7055-T77511,7150-T77,7050-T7451 and other advanced aluminum alloys.The statement covers the application of aluminum alloy in the manufacturing of civil aircraft and the initial supply of advanced aluminum materials for C919 aircraft.Aluminum materials have made up a great portion of aircraft materials,but those used for aircraft are still limited.The main problems of China in aviation aluminum production are:inability to produce in quantity,instability of performance and uncompetitive price.更多还原
