预变形对6061-T6铝合金汽车筋板低温性能的影响

【摘要】 采用不同预变形量对6061-T6铝合金汽车筋板进行处理,研究了预变形对筋板低温冲击性能和低温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,预变形处理有助于提高筋板的低温冲击性能和低温拉伸性能。随预变形量的增大,筋板的低温冲击吸收功、低温抗拉强度和低温屈服强度均先增大后基本不变再减小。筋板的预变形量优选为7.5%~10%。

【Abstract】 The effect of pre-deformation on the impact and tensile properties at low temperature of the stiffened plates of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for automobile was studied when the plates were treated with various pre-deformation amounts. The results show that pre-deformation is conductive to improve the impact and tensile properties of the stiffened plates at low temperature. As the pre-deformation amount increases,the impact absorption energy,tensile strength and yield strength at low temperature first increase,then remain almost unchanged,and decrease at last. The optimized pre-deformation amount is 7. 5%-10%.
