铝钨合金挤压数值模拟与试验研究
Numerical simulation and experimental study on extrusion of aluminum tungsten alloy
【摘要】 提出热挤压方法挤压铝钨合金棒材,并建立材料力学模型。利用Deform-3D软件模拟铝钨合金在不同挤压参数下的挤压过程,获得等效应力分布、等效应变分布和载荷变化规律。使用6 300 kN四工位组合快速成形油压机进行试验并与模拟结果对比分析,确立铝钨合金热挤压工艺。采用电子万能弯曲试验机对成形件力学性能进行分析。结果表明,铝钨合金经过热挤压成形,材料的力学性能得到提升。
【Abstract】 Aluminum tungsten alloy rods were extruded with the hot extrusion method,and a mechanical model of material was established. Equivalent stress distribution,equivalent strain distribution and the regular pattern of the load fluctuation were obtained after the extrusion process of aluminum tungsten alloy was simulated by Deform-3D with different extrusion parameters. The experiment was carried out with a 6 300 kN rapid forming hydraulic press combined with four working positions. Then the hot extrusion process of aluminum tungsten alloy was established after comparison and analysis of experiment results and simulation results. Mechanical properties of formed parts were analyzed by an electronic universal bending tester. The results show that mechanical properties of aluminum tungsten alloy are improved after hot extrusion.
