镉与萘单一和复合作用对穗花狐尾藻生长的影响
Effects of Both Single and Combined Pollution of Cd and Naphthalene on the Growth of Myriophyllum spicatum L.
【摘要】 研究了镉、萘单一和复合作用对穗花狐尾藻生理指标的影响.结果表明,穗花狐尾藻中叶绿素含量随着处理浓度的增大而减小;丙二醛(MDA)的含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性随着镉、萘浓度的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects of both single and combined pollution of Cd and naphthalene on physiological index of M.spicatum were studied.Results showed that with the increasing of Cd,naphthalene stressing and the time going on,the chlorophyll contents of M.spicatum decreased obviously.Meanwhile,MDA contents and CAT activity increased first and decreased later.
