【Abstract】 The article introduced a case of accident that M/E shut down due to fuel system flooding when sailing at narrow waters. It discussed the emergency actions to deal with this accident. And it analyzed the reasons of fuel system flooding. By summarizing experience and lessons, the article proposed how to avoid similar accidents happening again.更多还原
