【摘要】 [目的/意义]旨在提高图书馆的服务质量和服务效率。[方法/过程]使用大数据分析软件Splunk,从数据库资源网站访问量、用户搜索热词、用户访问地理分布、用户个体访问行为4个方面,研究北京工业大学图书馆用户访问数据库资源的行为,发现用户访问行为特征。[结果/结论]找到全校师生经常访问的数据库资源;确定一段时间内被用户高频检索的词汇;明确校外访问对图书馆数据库资源的使用情况;对个体用户的兴趣方向、涉及学术领域及所关注的文献作者进行挖掘;对学校数据库资源建设提出合理化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to improve library’s service quality and efficiency.[Method/process]The paper uses the big data analysis software Splunk to analyze user access behavior of library database resources of Beijing University of Technology from four aspects of visitor volume of data resources websites,user’s hot search terms,geographic distribution of user access,and user individual access behaviors;tries to find out characteristics of user access behavior.[Result/conclusion]The paper finds some frequently accessed database resources for teachers and students,confirms some frequently searched terms during a period of time,pinpoints usage situation of off-campus access to library database resources,and explores literature authors of readers’ personal research interest and fields.It also proposes some reasonable suggestions for university database resources construction.更多还原
