【摘要】 【目的/意义】科学识别影响网络舆情热度评价的主要因素,并分析各因素之间的关系,对理解网络舆情发展变化走势具有重要意义。【方法/过程】从信息生态视角出发,通过文献查阅、发放问卷等方式归纳总结出影响网络舆情热度变化的15个因素,并通过DEMATEL方法对这些因素进行影响关系分析。【结果/结论】结果表明:政府危机处理能力、政府应对满意度、领袖意见导向度、话题类型、水军参与度和参与回应数可以视为影响网络舆情热度评价的关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Purpose/significance】To identify the main factors affecting the heat evaluation of network public opinion, and analyze the relationship between various factors, has important significance for the development of understanding of the changes of network public opinion trends.【Method/process】From the perspective of information ecology, and through literature review, questionnaire, the paper summarized the 15 factors which influence the heat changes of network public opinion. Effect relationships were analyzed by DEMATEL method.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the ability of handling crisis, the government’s ability of dealing crisis, government dealing satisfaction, leader opinion guiding, topic types,navy participation and participation response number can be regarded as the key factors affecting the network public opinion heat evaluation.更多还原
