【摘要】 目的分析河北医科大学第四医院医务工作者冠心病发病的危险因素。方法选取2015年1月~12月体检的河北医科大学第四医院医务工作者1564例,其中男性555例,女性1009例,年龄范围24~65岁,平均年龄(43.4±11.77)岁。回顾分析入选者体检资料。结果入选者共1564例,冠心病164例,46~60岁(18.46%)、男性(12.61%)以及医生(14.26%)冠心病发病率较高。肥胖(OR=1.268,95%CI:1.011~1.567)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高(OR=1.928,95%CI:1.478~2.559)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低(OR=1.378,95%CI:1.045~1.981)、高胆固醇血症(OR=1.568,95%CI:1.089~2.247)、糖尿病(OR=2.345,95%CI:1.526~3.677)、吸烟史(OR=2.239,95%CI:1.460~3.329)、缺乏运动(OR=2.044,95%CI:1.001~2.824)均为医院医务工作者冠心病发病的危险因素。结论肥胖、血脂异常、糖尿病、吸烟、缺乏运动是医院医务工作者冠心病发病的危险因素,应加强对危险因素的控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease(CHD) in medical workers in the Fourth Hospital Hebei Medical University. Methods The medical workers received physical examination(n=1564, male 555, female 1009, aged from 24 to 65 and average age=43.4±11.77) were chosen from the Fourth Hospital Hebei Medical University. 2015 to Dec. 2015. The physical data of all medical workers was retrospectively analyzed. Results There were totally 1564 cases chosen, and among them 164 cases suffered from CHD. The incidence of CHD was higher in cases aged from 46 to 60(18.46%), male cases(12.61%) and physicians(14.26%). Obesity(OR=1.268, 95%CI: 1.011~1.567), higher low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(OR=1.928, 95%CI: 1.478~2.559), lower high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(OR=1.378, 95%CI: 1.045~1.98), hypercholesteremia(OR=1.568, 95%CI: 1.089~2.247), diabetes(OR=2.345, 95%CI: 1.526~3.677), smoking history(OR=2.239, 95%CI: 1.460~3.329) and lack of exercises(OR=2.044, 95%CI: 1.001-2.824) were risk factors of CHD in medical workers. Conclusion Obesity, dyslipidemia, diabetes, smoking and lack of exercises are risk factors of CHD in medical workers, and controlling of these factors should be reinforced.更多还原
