【摘要】 目的:分析总结不同年龄段支气管哮喘的临床特点。方法:分析附属医院呼吸科344例加重住院的哮喘临床资料,按年龄分为青年组(<45岁)、中年组(46-64岁)和老年组(大于65岁),对发作诱因、发作严重程度、平均住院天数、住院费用及治疗预后情况进行回顾性分析。结果:青年组哮喘78例,中年组156例,老年组110例。中、老年组发作诱因以呼吸道感染为主要诱因,与青年组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物应用方面中老年组高于青年组(P<0.05)。哮喘发作轻中度无年龄差别(P>0.05),重度、危重发作中老年高于青年组(P<0.05)。中、老年组住院天数及住院费用高于青年组(P<0.05)。结论:各年龄段发作诱因均以呼吸道感染和花粉及刺激性气体为主要诱因,中老年组中度以上发作增多,住院天数、住院费用明显增加,老年组重症病例多,常合并基础疾病,易发生并发症,治疗敏感性差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of bronchial asthma among different age groups. Methods: Based on the clinical data of 344 cases of asthma exacerbation in the affiliated hospital of Panzhihua University,which were divided into the young group( < 45 years old),the middle-age group( 46-64 years old) and the elderly group( > 65 years old),the paper makes a retrospective analysis on the causes and severity of attack,the average length of hospital stay,the cost of hospitalization and the recovery after treatment. Results: There were 78 cases of the young group,156 cases of the middle-aged group and 110 cases of the elderly group. The incidence of respiratory tract infection was the main cause in the middle-age and elder groups,which was statistically significant compared with the young group( P < 0. 05). Drug use in the elder group was higher than that in the young group( P < 0. 05). The mild and moderate attack of asthma showed no difference among different age groups( P > 0. 05); the severe and critical attack of asthma of the middle-age and elder groups was significantly higher than that in the young group( P < 0. 05). The length and cost of hospitalization in the elderly group was higher than that in the young group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The main causes of attack are respiratory tract infection,pollen and irritating gases among all age groups. The middle-age and elder groups suffer more moderate,severe and critical attack and have marked increase in the length and cost of hospitalization. With poor treatment sensitivity,the elderly group,in particular,have more severe cases which are often combined with basic diseases and are susceptible to complications.更多还原
