高浓度化工废水处理工程实例

【摘要】 针对某化工企业工艺废水污染物浓度高、成分复杂等特点,采用"混凝气浮+铁炭微电解+芬顿氧化+水解酸化+A/O生化"的联合处理工艺进行处理。工程实践表明,该组合工艺运行稳定可靠,经处理后尾水中COD、氨氮、甲苯等指标可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中三级标准要求,满足项目所在地园区污水处理厂的接管要求,且组合工艺工程总投资费用约235万元,运行成本6.8元/吨废水。

【Abstract】 As the chemical wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration and complicated composition,this paper adopts a combination treatment process of using coagulation-floatation,Fe/C micro-electrolysis,Fenton oxidation,hydrolytic acidification and A/O process. Engineering practice shows that the engineering operation of sewage station is stable and reliable. The characteristic factors of COD,NH3-N,toluene could get the Third-Class standard of Integrated wastewater discharge standards( GB8978-1996),and it also can meet the requirements for takeover of sewage treatment plant in the park. The total investment cost of the project is 2. 35 million,and the running management almost costs 6. 4 yuan per ton of wastewater.
