【摘要】 目的探讨手术室全期细节护理对手术患者护理质量及满意度的影响。方法选取达州市中心医院2016年收治的外科手术患者80例,根据护理方案不同分成观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患予以常规手术室护理,观察组在常规手术护理基础上,结合术前、术中、术后患者的临床特点开展手术室全期细节护理,比较两组患者的护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者术前、术中、术后及总体护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为90.0%,高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05)。结论外科手术患者行全期细节护理,可有效提升护理质量及患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influence of full-phase nursing care of operating room on quality of care and satisfaction of on patients in operation room. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients who were treated with surgery were selected from 2016 year in Dazhou Central Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing program,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing program,observation group was given full-phase nursing care of operating room according to clinical characteristics of patients before and after operation. The quality of care and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of care scores before operation,during operation and after operation and the total quality of care scores of observation group were higher than control group( P < 0. 05). The patients’ satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Full-phase nursing care of operating room can effectively improve the quality of care of patients in operation room,improve patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
