【摘要】 目的探讨甘精胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取新疆乌鲁木齐市友谊医院2014—2016年收治的2型糖尿病患者100例,按入院顺序分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组患者采用低精蛋白重组人胰岛素治疗,治疗组患者给予甘精胰岛素治疗,两组患者均持续治疗14 d。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖指标(空腹血糖、空腹C肽、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、血糖达标时间及治疗费用,并观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、空腹C肽、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,空腹C肽高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者血糖达标时间短于对照组,治疗费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论甘精胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病患者临床疗效确切,可有效降低血糖水平及治疗费用,缩短治疗时间,且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the safety of insulin glargine in treating elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were selected from 2014 to 2016 years in Friendship Hospital of Urumqi in Xinjiang,which were divided into control group and treatment group according to hospitalized time,50 cases in each group. Control group was given low protamine recombinant human insulin,treatment group was treated with insulin glargine,both groups were treated for 14 days. The fasting blood-glucose,fasting C-peptide,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment,standard time of blood sugar reaches,treatment costs were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Results Before treatment,no significant statistical differences of fasting blood-glucose,fasting C-peptide,2 h postprandial blood glucose or glycosylated hemoglobin was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05); after treatment,the treatment group of fasting blood-glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than control group,fasting C-peptide was higher than control group( P < 0. 05). The treatment group of standard time of blood sugar reaches was shorter than control group,treatment costs was lower than control group( P < 0. 05). There was no serious adverse reactions happened. Conclusion Insulin glargine has an obviously clinical effect in treating elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus,it can effectively reduce blood glucose levels and treatment costs,shorten the treatment time,and with higher safety.更多还原
