【摘要】 "缓冲"是国际政治的经典实践,但国内外学界对此研究甚少,零星散见于各处。本文尝试对"缓冲单元"的语义和政治学含义及其演变作一初步分析,并探讨"缓冲单元"的地理、能力和政治三个层面的基本要素和缓冲单元的多重类型,以及"缓冲单元"的脆弱属性。作为一种国际政治现象,"缓冲"政治单元迄今为止仍然存在,在可预见的将来也不会消失。本研究在学理层面的辨析不仅有助于透视和理解国际政治中的缓冲现象,也有助于丰富国内的国际关系理论。此外,"缓冲"理论分析也有益于从地缘因素视角观察大国与小国关系的历史演进,并为中国国家安全战略提供知识积累和理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Buffer"and"balance of power"are the two dominant and classical principles of international politics. However,there are only a few researches on the practice of "buffer". This paper tries to explore the"buffer state/zone"politics in the international relations. It focuses on the meaning of"buffer"in international politics from the perspectives of the geography,capability and politics of a buffer unit. It also analyzes the key elements of a "buffer state"and its different versions. Then it describes and investigates the fragility of the buffer state,which is also its basic attributes. The study of buffer units will help us observe the historical evolution of the nation states and provide knowledge accumulation and theoretical basis for China’s national security strategy.更多还原
