尼克酰胺腺嘌呤氧化酶4在结缔组织病相关间质性肺病的表达

【摘要】 目的探讨尼克酰胺腺嘌呤氧化酶4(nicotinamide adenine oxidase 4,NOX4)在结缔组织病相关间质性肺病(connective tissue disease-interstitial lung-disease,CTD-ILD)中的表达及可能作用机制。方法以肺穿刺活检确诊为CTDILD的肺组织为研究对象(n=37),肺癌患者癌旁正常肺组织作为对照(n=20),应用免疫组织化学方法分析NOX4在病变肺组织和正常肺组织中的表达部位及表达量。结果 CTD-ILD患者肺组织中NOX4主要表达于肺泡上皮细胞和成纤维细胞中,肺间质中也有较高的表达,表达量较正常肺组织中的表达量明显增高(57.77±5.62 vs.20.26±5.23,P<0.001)。结论 NOX4可能参与CTD-ILD的发生和发展,并有望成为CTD-ILD潜在的治疗靶点。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of NOX4 in connective tissue disease associated interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD) and to explore the possible role of NOX4 in CTD-ILD.Methods Lung biopsy specimens of CTD-ILD (n = 37) obtained by fine needle aspiration biopsy were collected and the expression of NOX4 in lung tissues and normal lung tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of NOX4 in CTD-ILD patients was significantly higher than the normal (57.77 ± 5.62 vs.20.26 ± 5.23,P < 0.001),and the expression was higher in pulmonary alveolar epithelial cells and fibroblasts than in normal lung tissues.Conclusion NOX4 may play an important role in the development and progression of CTD-ILD and may be a potential therapeutic target of CTD-ILD.
