【摘要】 目的:探讨伸筋透骨汤熏洗联合中药内服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:收集我院膝关节骨性关节炎患者,共计40例。按随机数字表法分为2组:研究组(接受伸筋透骨汤熏洗联合独活寄生汤内服)和对照组(接受伸筋透骨汤熏洗治疗)。结果:两组膝关节骨性关节炎治疗疗效比较有差异(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组服用药物期间均无出现严重不良反应。结论:伸筋透骨汤熏洗联合中药内服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效肯定,可以改善患者症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect of shenjin tougu decoction fumigation and washing combined with herbal oral administration in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 40 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the study group(receiving shenjin tougu decoction fumigation and duhuo jisheng decoction) and control group(receiving shenjin tougu decoction fumigation and washing treatment).Results: There were signifi cant differences between the two groups in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(P <0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions during drug periods in the two groups. Conclusion: Shenjin tougu decoction fumigation and washing Combined with herbal oral administration treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect has been affi rmed,, can improve the symptoms of patients.更多还原
