【摘要】 目的:观察输尿管结石超声气压弹道碎石术后口服净石灵胶囊的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的150输尿管结石患者,随机分成对照组与观察组各75例,对照组应用超声气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察组应用超声气压弹道碎石术+净石灵胶囊治疗,对比两组治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组术后感染率、住院时间、肾功能恢复时间均明显少于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的总有效率为81.3%,观察组的总有效率为94.7%,观察组明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管结石超声气压弹道碎石术后口服净石灵胶囊的临床疗效满意,可明显缩短住院时间与肾功能恢复时间,降低术后感染率,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Jing Shi Ling Capsule after ultrasonic pneumatic lithotripsy for the treat-ment of ureteral calculi. Methods:150 patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 75 cases in each group,the control group using ultrasonic lithotripsy in treatment,the observation group application of ultrasonic lithotripsy +net stone capsule treatment,clinical effects were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results: The observation group of patients with postoperative infection rate,hospitalization time,renal function recovery time were significantly less than the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); the control group the total effective rate was 81.3%,the total effective rate of observation group was 94.7%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of oral Jing Shi Ling Capsule ultrasonic lithotripsy of ureteral calculi after satisfactory,can shorten the hospitalization time and the time of recovery of renal function,reduce postoperative infection rate,it is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
