【摘要】 美国高校图书馆社会服务内容丰富、形式多样,并且形成了完备的法律法规体系。相比之下,我国高校图书馆社会服务起步晚,缺乏相应的宏观制度和中观制度,微观制度差异较大。因此,对中美两国高校图书馆社会服务制度进行对比和分析,并在此基础上提出我国应当加强图书馆立法,从法律角度对高校图书馆提供多种经费支持,同时在法律法规中体现人本关怀,保证社会各类群体能够有效获取高校图书馆资源和服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The social service of University Libraries in the United States is rich in content and diverse forms,and has formed a complete system of laws and regulations. In contrast, China’s university library service society started late, the lack of the corresponding macro and meso system, the micro system is different.Therefore, this article has carried on the collection, comparison and analysis of Chinese and American social service system between university library resources, and based on this, our country should strengthen the legislation of library, support for the university library to provide a variety of funds from a legal point of view, and humanistic care in the laws and regulations, ensure all kinds of social groups can effectively acquire the resources of University Library and service.更多还原
