【Abstract】 The identification and classification methods of Bacillus thuringiensis(B.t.) were comprehensively introduced, from the perspectives of morphological and culture characteristics, flagella antigens serotype, biochemical reactions, esterase patterns and phylogenetic analysis etc. The applicable scope of each method, and the significance for the registration and management of B.t. as a microbial pesticide were discussed.更多还原
