【摘要】 [目的]建立同时测定人参植株及土壤中氟啶胺残留的气相色谱分析方法。[方法]人参植株和土壤中的氟啶胺用乙腈提取,柱层析法净化,气相色谱仪检测。[结果]对样品中的氟啶胺进行不同水平的添加回收试验,方法的平均回收率为75.4%~96.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.9%~7.6%,最低检测质量浓度为0.02 mg/L。[结论]该方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度符合农药残留分析的要求,适合大批量的人参样品的检测。

【Abstract】 [Aims] A new method for residual analysis of fluazinam in ginseng plant and soil by gas chromatography(GC) was developed. [Methods] The fluazinam residues in ginseng plant and soil were extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up by column chromatography and determined by GC. [Results] The average recoveries ranged from75.4-96.3%, the relative standard deviations were 3.9-7.6%, and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.02 mg/L.[Conclusion] The method is simple, reliable, the sensitivity, accuracy and precision meet with the requirement for pesticide residue analysis, which can be applied for analysis of fluazinam residues in ginseng samples.
