【摘要】 2013年10月中国提出"一带一路"构想,秘鲁作为拉美洲国家积极响应,为两国渔业进一步合作与发展奠定了基础。中国是水产养殖和捕捞大国,加工比例较低;秘鲁渔业资源丰富,鱼粉加工业发达。研究结果表明,中国—秘鲁两国在水产养殖、海洋捕捞和水产加工等方面具有较大的互补性。两国渔业在"一带一路"背景下建立了良好合作的政策基础,不断扩大贸易规模和发挥各自的资源优势。总体来看,未来两国渔业进一步合作的潜力巨大,双方可在水产养殖、海洋捕捞和水产品加工等方面相互借鉴,最终促进两国渔业的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The idea of the Belt and Road was put forward by China in October 2013. As a country in Latin America, Peru eagerly responded to the idea, which laid the foundation for further cooperation and development between the two countries in fishery. China was mainly engaged in breeding and fishing, but not good at processing. Peru had abundant fishery resources and developed fish flour processing industry. According to the research, Peru and China had great complementarity in breeding, fishing and processing. Based on the Belt and Road, the two countries had established well policy foundation in fishery, expanded their trade scale and gave full play to their respective resource advantages. In general, the future cooperation potential between China and Peru will be huge in fishery, especially in breeding, fishing and processing, and the sustainable development of fishery in both countries will be improved finally.更多还原
