【摘要】 酒店实习是对高校学子在校期间理论学习的检验和延伸,是增强实践经验、接触社会的开端.提高实习生的实践适应能力对于实习生个人发展和酒店行业发展都意义重大.经过调查与访谈,发现酒店实习生因社会因素、企业内部因素及个人因素等原因造成其挫折心理的产生,常表现为自信心不足、人际交往障碍及心理压力大.实习生应提升自身素质并学会心理调适;酒店应提高工资待遇并切实关心实习生需求,增强实习生对行业的信心;高校应将专业实习工作做细、做好,考察并选择好实习合作酒店,在日常教育中强化学生纪律意识,鼓励学生加强身体锻炼,并多给学生提供抗挫折教育学习的机会.更多还原

【Abstract】 Hotel practice is the test and extension of the theoretical study of college students in the school,is to enhance the practical experience,the beginning of contact with society.To improve the practical ability of interns is of great significance to the personal development and the development of the hotel industry.Through investigation and interview,the hotel interns’ frustration psychology because of the social factors,enterprise factors and personal factors,often expressed as a lack of self-confidence,interpersonal barriers and psychological pressure.Trainees should improve their own quality and learn to psychological adjustment;the hotel should improve wages and caring for the Intern requirements,enhanced confidence in the industry;colleges and universities should be professional internship work fine,well,to provide students with more opportunities to learn anti frustration education.更多还原
