高效液相色谱串联质谱对花生中三氟羧草醚的残留检测与风险评估

【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定三氟羧草醚在花生中农药残留的检测方法,并利用GAP试验样品进行了消解动态研究和最终残留的风险评估。样品经过乙腈/浓盐酸(V:V,98:2)提取,分散固相萃取净化,高效液相色谱串联质谱仪检测。两年三地试验结果表明:三氟羧草醚在花生植株中的消解较快,半衰期为1.1~2.4d;土壤中的半衰期14.4~25.7d。按990ga.i/hm~2和1 485ga.i/hm~2剂量分别施药1次,为杂草定向喷雾,施药后于花生收获前20d、收获期分别采样,三氟羧草醚在花生上最终残留量均<0.1mg/kg。

【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry( HPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of the degradation dynamics and final residue of acifluorfen-sodium. Samples collected from the GAP field trials were extracted by acetonitrile/concentrated hydrochloric acid, extracted and purified by dispersive solid phase and detected by HPLC-MS/MS. The results showed that acifluorfen-sodium in pe.anut plants went through a rapid digestion with the half life of 1. 1~2. 4 d in peanut leaf and 14. 4~25. 7d in soil. According to the recommended application rate, the residue of acifluorfen-sodium in peanut was found to be less than 0. 1 mg/kg.
