【摘要】 高校教师教学发展中心是促进教师发展和提升教师教学水平的重要组织机构之一。为促进高校教师发展和教学科研,美国率先成立教师教学发展中心,且形成特色体系,引领了世界各国建设教师教学发展中心的潮流。基于国内外服务教学的双重背景,我国高校教师教学发展中心应运而生。为提高我国高校教师教学发展中心建设的规范性和有效性,提升教师教学和高等教育质量,通过对美国高校教师教学发展中心建设的研究,结合我国现状,从国家顶层设计、中心定位、组织机构、保障机制及服务内容等多个维度,积极探究适合我国高校教师教学发展中心建设的本土化路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Center for Teaching and Learning Development(CTLD)in US universities is one of the important organizations to promote the development of the faculty and enhance the teaching level. In order to promote the faculty development and the teaching research, the United States set up the CTLD firstly. it has formed a characteristic system, and the trend of the CTLD has spread to all over the world. Based on the dual background of domestic and internal service for teaching, our CTLD came into being to improve the standardization and effectiveness of the construction of CTLD in China, and also the quality of the teaching and higher education. This paper attempts to seek the construction method of the development from the combination of the practice of the USA and statues of China. and the path of domestication is mainly conducted from the aspects of the national top-level design, orientation, organization, security mechanism and the service content and so on.更多还原
