“双一流”背景下高水平研究生成长环境特征探索及实证研究——以ESI农业科学学科群为例
An Empirical Research onthe Environmental Characteristics of High-Level Post-Graduates Development under the Context of “Double-First-Rate Construction”:Taking ESI Agricultural Science Discipline Group as Example
【摘要】 高水平研究生指以第一作者身份发表ESI高被引或热点论文的博硕士研究生。基于ESI数据,以所属机构、机构间流动、机构合作、基金资助、导师情况等为测度指标,借助WOS、CNKI、百度等信息资源平台和搜索引擎,构建了高水平研究生成长环境特征的鉴别方法,以ESI农业科学学科群为例,对论文归属中国的研究生进行了成长环境特征鉴别及实证研究。
【Abstract】 High-level graduates are Ph D students and master students who have published highly cited or hot ESI thesis as the first author. Based on the ESI data,taking their institutions,flow between institutions,cooperation among institutions,fund assisting and their supervisors as measure indicators,and by use of WOS,CNKI,Baidu and some other information resource platforms and search engines,this paper designed the method of identification of characteristics of high-level graduates development. Taking agricultural science group in ESI as an example,this paper implemented an empirical research to identify the development characteristics of high-level graduates whose thesis copyright belong to China.
