【摘要】 为筛选出适合辽宁地区的双孢菇高产培养料配方,在凌源地区开展对比试验,研究4种培养料对双孢菇前期发酵、菌丝生长、产量的影响。试验结果表明:以杏鲍菇为主料的配方在菌丝生长、子实体发育、产量、经济效益等方面具有明显优势,具有很高的推广价值;以秸秆为主料的配方单位面积总成本较低,潮与潮之间出菇产量稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to screen out high yield substrates formula of agaricus bisporus suitable to Liaoning area, contrast test was carried out in Liaoyuan area to study the effect of 4 substrates on primary fermentation, mycelial growth and yield of agaricus bisporus. The test results showed that: The formula taken pleurotus eryngii as the main material had obvious advantages on the aspects of mycelial growth,sporocarp development, yield and economic benefit etc., with high promotion value; The formula taken straw as main material had low unit area cost and stable yield of fruiting lot by lot.更多还原
