空气源热泵机组除霜性能的实验研究
Experimental study on the defrosting performance of air-source heat pump
【摘要】 为了解决空气源热泵在除霜中所带来的问题,对热泵在除霜时各部件的性能变化进行了相关研究,研究结果表明,一个完整的除霜时间为100 min的过程中,其中融霜时间为10 min,从融霜开始到融霜结束,吸气压力波动较小,排气压力由1.60 MPa剧增为2.8 MPa;压缩机的功率由1.2 k W增加到2.8 k W;制热量由8k W/h到-8 k W/h。相关结论可为今后的研究提供一定的参考依据。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the defrost problem of air-source heat pump,the experiment on the performance of the various components were researched under defrosting condition. It can be concluded that a complete defrosting time was 100 min,and the melting frost time was 10 min. From defrosting to finishing defrosting,suction pressure was less volatile,and discharge pressure increased to 1. 60 MPa. The power of the compressor increased from 1. 2 kW to 2. 8 kW; The heat capacity was from 8 kW/h to -8 kW/h. The relevant conclusions could provid references for future researches.
