【摘要】 对宁夏农林科学院6个科技企业进行调研,具体分析了企业发展过程中存在的问题以及制约企业发展的因素,探讨提出了以体制机制改革为重点完善现代企业制度、以自身优势为基础培育骨干龙头企业、以市场需求为导向推进供给侧结构性改革、以科企联动为依托增强企业自我发展能力、以高素质人才为支撑打造企业后发优势的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six sci-tech enterprises affiliated to Ningxia Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences was surveyed in this paper through analyzing existing problems and constraint factors in its development. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward such as improve modern enterprise system with system and mechanism reform as its core, cultivate leading enterprises with self advantage as basis, promote market-oriented supply side structural reform, improve enterprise self-developing ability relying on technology and enterprise combination and realize late-mover advantage with high-quality talents as support.更多还原
