社区体育教育发展现状的调查研究

【摘要】 通过对扬州市社区体育教育发展现状展开调研,研究发现,扬州市几乎所有社区均不同程度上对社区居民开展了体育教育。社区体育教育的主要内容为:(1)体育锻炼的重要性;(2)体育锻炼的适宜时间选择;(3)体育锻炼的负荷控制;(4)具体的体育运动技能传授等。社区体育教育的主要路径为:(1)发放体育教育宣传小册子;(2)开展体育讲座;(3)社会体育指导员进行体育教育;(4)开展相关体育活动等。当前用于社区体育教育的资金普遍不足,社区体育教育工作者的专业素质情况并不乐观,社区体育教育的成效并不理想,在未来仍需在多个方面进行努力。提出的发展建议为:进一步丰富社区体育教育内容;拓宽社区体育教育途径;增加社区体育教育资金来源;提升社区体育教育工作者的专业素质。

【Abstract】 The research is mainly aimed at the present situation of Community physical education development. The results show that almost all communities in Yangzhou have carried out physical education to the community residents to varying degrees. The main contents of community physical Education are:( 1) The importance of physical exercise.( 2) The time choice of physical exercise.( 3) The load control of physical exercise.( 4) The specific teaching of sports skills. The main paths of community physical education are as follows:( 1) Distributing sports education brochures.( 2)Conducting sports lectures.( 3) Social sports instructors to carry out physical education.( 4) carrying out related sports activities. The current funds used in community sports education are generally insufficient,and the professional quality of community sports educators is not optimistic,the effect of community sports education is not ideal,in the future still need to make efforts in many aspects. The development suggestions are as follows: enrich the content of community sports education,widen the way of community physical education,further increase the source of the Community sports education,and further promote the professional quality of the community P. E. educators.
