【摘要】 目的探讨知信行模式健康教育对体检血脂异常患者血脂相关知识和健康促进生活方式及血脂水平的影响。方法抽取符合诊断标准的体检血脂异常患者206例为研究对象,知情同意后给予知信行教育的系统干预。分别在干预前及干预6个月后用血脂知识-态度-行为(KAP)问卷、健康促进生活方式评定量表对患者的血脂相关知识及健康促进生活方式进行测评,同时测量血脂相关指标、体重指数(BMI)。结果知信行教育干预前后,本组患者KAP问卷各维度得分和总分比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);健康促进生活方式评定量表各维度得分与总分比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),TC、TG、LDL-C、BMI水平比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对体检血脂异常患者采用知信行教育,可不同程度地加强患者对疾病的认知,增强患者自觉健康责任意识和维护促进健康的自觉行为,促进健康促进生活方式的建立,降低血脂及BMI水平,控制疾病发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of treatment compliance and efficacy of knowledge-attitude-practice( KAP) education in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods 206 patients with dyslipidemia were selected randomly. Before intervention and intervention respectively after six months,KAP questionnaire and Health-promoting Lifestyle Profile II( HPLP II) for patients with blood lipid related knowledge and health promoting lifestyle was evaluated,and we measured the related parameters of blood lipid,body mass index( BMI). Results There was significant difference between before intervention and after intervention six months later by KAP questionnaire and HPLP II( P < 0. 01). The levels of TC、TG、LDL-C、BMI were also improved significantly. Conclusion Knowledge-attitude-practice education is effective in strengthening patients’ cognition to dyslipidemia,enhancing patients’ health responsibility consciousness and maintain the health-promoting behavior consciously,promoting the establishment of health promoting lifestyle,reducing blood lipid and BMI level.
