磁场对半指数量子阱中极化子基态能量的影响
Influences of Magnetic Field on Ground State Energy of Polaron in Semi-exponential Quantum Wells
【摘要】 采用线性组合算符、两次幺正变换方法研究了磁场对半指数量子阱中弱耦合极化子基态能量的影响.导出了半指数量子阱极化子基态能量随半指数量子阱参数U0,σ和磁场的回旋频率ωc的变化关系.选择GaAs晶体进行数值计算,结果表明:基态能量随半指数量子阱参数U0和磁场的回旋频率ωc增加而增加,随着的半指数量子阱参数σ增加而减少.
【Abstract】 Effects of magnetic field on theground state energy of weak-coupling polaron in a semi-exponential quantum well were investigated by the linear combination operator,the two-unitary transformation method. The relations of polaron’s ground state energy of semi-exponential quantum well with the two parameters of the semi-exponential confinement potential U0,σ and the cyclotron frequency of magnetic field ωc were studied.Selecting GaAs crystal,numerical calculations were performed and the results showed that the ground state energy increases with increase of the semi-exponential confinement potential parameter U0 and the cyclotron frequency of magnetic field,whereas it will decrease with increase of the semi-exponential confinement potential parameter σ.
