蒙药材荜茇中生物碱的含量测定及抗氧化性研究

【摘要】使用分光光度法测定了荜茇中生物碱类化合物的含量,并研究其生物碱类化合物提取液对羟自由基的清除能力.得出结论:荜茇中生物碱类化合物含量为3.512 mg/g,样品回收率为96.2%~98.5%.荜茇中生物碱类化合物对羟自由基的清除作用效果很好,并且随生物碱类化合物含量的增加清除作用也随之增加.更多还原

【Abstract】 Alkaloid content in Piperis Longi as determined by spectrophotometry was found to be 3.512 mg/g, and the sample recovery rate was 96.2%~98.5%. The clearance effect of alkaloids to hydroxyl free radicals was very good and the scavenge effect increased with increasing of content of alkaloid compounds.更多还原
