免疫相关基因在健康革胡子鲶不同组织的表达分析

【摘要】 应用荧光定量PCR法分析抗菌肽hepcidin、c型溶菌酶和MHCⅠ基因在健康革胡子鲶肝胰脏、脾脏、胃、肠道、肾脏、头肾、心脏、脑、鳃、鳃上器官、背部皮肤、背部肌肉和尾鳍13种组织中的表达.结果显示:3种基因在以上组织中均有表达,Hepcidin基因在脾脏中表达最高,显著高于除肾脏以外的其它组织(P<0.05);c型溶菌酶基因在胃中表达量最高,与其余组织的表达差异显著(P<0.05);而MHCⅠ基因在脾脏和鳃中表达量相对较高,但13种组织间的表达差异不显著(P>0.05).

【Abstract】 The expression levels of hepcidin,c-type lysozyme and MHCⅠgenes in hepatopancreas,spleen,stomach,intestines,kidney,head-kidney,heart,brain,gill,suprabranchial organ,dorsal skin,dorsal muscles and caudal fins in healthy C.gariepinus were analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR.The results were as follows.The three genes were ubiquitously expressed in thirteen examined tissues.The expression level of hepcidin gene was significantly higher in spleen than in the other tissues except kidney(P<0.05).The expression level of c-type lysozyme gene was significantly higher expressed in the stomach than other tissues(P<0.05).The expression level of MHCⅠgene had no significant differences in those tissues(P>0.05).
